By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services, classes, workshops, memberships, or digital resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Dwelling & Dish provides educational coaching, culinary instruction, group programs, digital resources, and related wellness education.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout unless a written payment plan has been arranged.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific program, coaching fees are non-refundable after services have begun.

Requests made before a program begins will be considered individually according to the stated refund policy for that offering.

Scheduling

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions.

If you need to reschedule an individual coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.

Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions begin and end on schedule.

To protect participant privacy, members agree not to share personal information discussed by other participants outside the group.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Dwelling & Dish, including workbooks, recipes, videos, handouts, worksheets, graphics, and educational content, remain the intellectual property of Dwelling & Dish.

These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwelling & Dish is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in coaching services or use of website content.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

Dwelling & Dish reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
