This classic Italian gremolata is a fresh blend of parsley, garlic, and lemon zest that brings brightness and balance to savory dishes. Its vibrant, herbaceous flavor adds the perfect finishing touch to roasted vegetables, grains, beans, and plant-based meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cups parsley large stems removed
  • 4 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 medium garlic cloves peeled
